Mediterranean Sol Gourmet offers free shipping within California and shipping discounts throughout the 48 continental states. No delivery will be processed until verified that an approved buyer with an established account has made the order with Mediterranean Sol Gourmet. No orders will be shipped to past due accounts.
Delivery is made by company vehicle, UPS, or other common carrier. Freight allowances are available as follows:

ORANGE COUNTY ORDERS

Free delivery will be made by company vehicle within Orange County. Minimum order for free delivery is $350.00.

LOS ANGELES AND SAN DIEGO COUNTY ORDERS

The minimum order for free delivery is $450.00. Any orders within Los Angeles or San Diego County under $450.00, will be subject to UPS or handling charges.

Demonstration samples are available upon request at a 50% discount from the listed price. We are pleased to include samples in our customer orders.

It is our promise that all merchandise leaves our warehouse in excellent condition. If for any reason the products ordered do not meet your quality standards, please call our business office at 1-951-303-6212 within five business days of receipt, to receive a return authorization number. No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization from Mediterranean Sol Gourmet. If it is determined that UPS or another carrier is responsible for the damages, a claim must be made directly with the responsible delivery service. Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival, so that an immediate claim can be made if necessary. Do not sign for any damaged merchandise!

All other returns will be accepted within two weeks of the invoice date. A 20% restocking/redelivery fee will be charged on all orders refused or returned, which were undamaged and shipped in accordance with customer instructions. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.

All new accounts are Pre-pay with a cleared bank check or major credit card until credit terms are established. No COD's. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Delivery will be processed once payment has been cleared. Merchandise usually ships within 48 hours of payment clearance. Established customers with approved net/30 terms have 30 days credit from date of invoice. Past due accounts must be paid prior to new orders being shipped or delivered. A $25.00 finance charge and a $25.00 late charge will be assessed on all unpaid accounts past their due date.
